| This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a young, dynamic company that is aiming to be the marketing leading green and ethical rewards company. The main purpose of the job is to support the Account Manager in administering all aspects of the Company’s retailing activities. | ||

| 1. Must be highly IT literate and confident with the web, word, spreadsheets, etc | ||
| 2. Must have graduated in 2008 or 2009. | ||
| 3. Must be a strong administrator, thoroughly organised and able to pay close attention to detail. | ||
| 4. Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal. | ||
| 5. Must be highly motivated to do well at work. | ||
| 6. Should be able to demonstrate a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving and new ideas. | ||
| 7. Must have a confident telephone manner. | ||
| 8. Must be a good team player, able to develop effective relationships with staff colleagues, customers, suppliers and external agencies. | ||
| 9. Must have a passion for green and ethical issues, and ideally a good understanding of the latest thinking on sustainability. | ||

Key Tasks: |
||
| 1. Receiving and replying to customer service enquires – via e-mail and phone – and logging these for future reference. | ||
| 2. Researching potential new suppliers and new products. | ||
| 3. Speaking directly to suppliers – via e-mail and phone – chasing deliveries / querying invoices / discussing new products. | ||
| 4. Receiving and checking invoices against sales data. | ||
| 5. Recording sales data on the master spreadsheet. | ||
| 6. Activating changes to the website via our back end programme – ‘Netfox’, this includes: product descriptions / product images / prices / supplier information. | ||
| 7. Monitoring and recording all product updates via master spread sheet. | ||
| 8. Price checking competitor sites / researching current ‘green’ affairs. | ||
