As an approved City and Guilds centre StudentForce is proud to offer the Professional Development Award for Sustainable Development.
The Professional Development Award (PDA) is a vocational qualification allowing candidates the opportunity to gain accredited learning which compliments the practical experience gained throughout their placements.

Caroline worked on the CommunityCheck project as part of her StudentForce placement. She was responsible for working with volunteers, conducting Checks of publicly accessible buildings and fundraising. Caroline’s PDA covered Successfully marketing the CommunityCheck Project using new marketing material to volunteers and organisations and was passed by an external assessor. |
Getting to undertake a Professional Development Award accredited by City and Guilds was a great opportunity for me. It made me think about my own development and how I could improve my skills. It also looks great on my CV!

Eliane was employed in a placement promoting recycling on behalf of Norfolk
County Council. Eliane was looking to develop her skills in communicating to a
range of people using English as a main language.
