Project design – including Job Descriptions, Personal specifications and project definition.
Advertising – we administer all the advertising for each placement, allowing you to avoid spiralling advertising costs.
Applications, short-listing and telephone interviewing – saving you from the time consuming recruitment process
Interviews – a dedicated, experienced and fully trained StudentForce co-ordinator will support your interview process.
Administration – StudentForce will organise offer letters, references and support your chosen graduate to find accommodation in the local area.
Induction support – an introductory meeting during the initial weeks of the project compliments your induction by looking at project outcomes, outputs and outlines the StudentForce support
Training workshops – regular training workshops allow the graduates to cover such topics as project management, communication and selling. This area can be tailored to meet your graduate and organisational training needs.
Ongoing support – a dedicated co-ordinator will support the project from start to finish including regular monthly contact and are available during office hours for help, support or advice.
Review – At the end of the project your co-ordinator will conduct a review meeting to assess how the outputs and outcomes have been met, they will also provide the graduate with help, support and advice on getting further employment.
