Nick has been with StudentForce since 2004 following a year spent in
sales and marketing. Since joining the charity Nick has
co-ordinated over 80 graduate placements and was previously responsible
for the training and development programme for the team. In February
2006 Nick took overall responsibility for the Graduate Resource project.

I am the Graduate
Resource Placement Manager and I am responsible for coordinating my team
of sustainability projects coordinators in order to achieve successful
sustainable development project with a wide of different organisation
from the public, private and not-for-profit sector. My academic background is in environmental science, but I have strong interests and experience within the area of community development and the role that this plays within the whole concept of sustainability and the sustainable development agenda. I also have marketing skills, which again play an important role within this and many other sectors.

As Sustainability
Projects Coordinator I work with several public, private and voluntary
organisations coordinating graduate placements for them. In addition I
am also responsible for coordinating and developing the Learning and
Training opportunities for the graduates. I have a background in Environmental Science with varied work and voluntary experience in the Sustainable Development sector ranging from environmental campaigns canvassing, composting service operator and as an education and publicity coordinator for a sustainable living centre.

Hello! I’m Andy and I am
the Sustainability Projects & Networking Coordinator here at
StudentForce. I am responsible for coordinating Project Work in local
authorities, environmental consultancies, businesses and voluntary
agencies focusing on Energy, Sustainability and Environmental Management
Systems. I am also responsible for organizing our attendance at
conferences and exhibitions across the UK.

My main role is to coordinate and support Project Work which communicates sustainability for local authorities, businesses, consultancies and voluntary agencies. I am currently working on projects with such organisations as BAA Stansted, EMRA (East Midlands Regional Assembly) and PECT (Peterborough Environment City Trust) and loving every day. Having finally made my way into the environmental sector I now wish to flourish and continue to progress up the ladder to success, who knows where to. |
