StudentForce recognise the value of professional body membership to people
looking to forge a career in the Sustainable Development sector. Choosing an
appropriate professional body can illustrate qualifications/expertise in a
particular field, and also personal career aspirations. Potential employers will
recognise a commitment to a particular profession through this membership.
Communication with professionals in the same field will be more accessible as
well as a range of available comprehensive library and information services.
There are numerous professional bodies that offer membership to
students/graduates with interests/qualifications in sustainable development.
Some of the bodies have joined together to form the Society for the Environment
(SocEnv).
