Professional Development

Professional development is very important to improving work quality and enthusiasm. With guidance and support Graduate Resource help to ensure quality professional and personal development. One of our charitable aims is to focus on the importance of learning through employment and additional workshops.
 

Training Workshops

Graduate Resource offer a variety of workshops that assist graduates in completing their placements. We have 10 years of experience in offering the following core workshops, among others:

City & Guilds Professional Development Award

The Professional Development Award is a vocational qualification allowing candidates the opportunity to gain accredited learning which compliments the practical experience gained throughout their projects.

Being a member of a professional body can be very beneficial in keeping up to date with your area of special interest having left academia. Your prospective or current employer can also see that you are keen and enthusiastic about a given area of the environmental and sustainability sector. We can offer advice on which professional body may be the most suitable for you to become a member of.

Networking is a very important in securing a strong community within the Environmental and Sustainability sectors. Graduate Resource provide a networking opportunity through their monthly newsletter, giving you a taste of other projects taking place nationally. Through effective networking you can achieve:
